How much does it cost to attend a seminar?
Unless otherwise noted, the fee for a two-day Sleep Disorders Dentistry seminar is $895/doc and $395/staff. Please see the individual course links for any special rates or different pricing.

How can I register for a course?
Register for courses by printing out a registration form and faxing it to our office at 305-405-4008. If you have questions about your registration you may call us at 866-353-3936 and register by phone.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
If it becomes necessary to cancel your registration, we will gladly issue a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to a course.  The registration fee is non-refundable with less than 14 days left prior to a seminar.  If you do not cancel and do not show up to the course, you are responsible for the full registration fee.

You have the option, at any time prior to a course, to apply the full registration fee to a future seminar within one year at no additional cost.

How do I get my CE hours?
At the course you will receive a nametag, on the back of the nametag will be the lecture/participation CE hours for the course.  The nametags may be submitted to your licensing board. If you require additional proof, please call us at 866-353-3936 and we can provide you with a CE letter.

Will I receive a certificate for completing the course?
At this time we are not issuing any certificates or certifications for course completion.
