Online Ordering:
• Orders on in-stock items processed Monday-Friday generally ship within approximately 24 hours, upon payment verification for standard shipment methods. Next Day Air and 2-3 Day Expedited services will be processed the same day, upon payment verification, if your order was received prior to 11:00 a.m. Orders received after 11:00 a.m., or those without immediate payment approval will ship the following business day, upon payment approval. (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or U.S. holidays.)
• Personalized items require additional time for production and delivery. Please refer to the item description on our web site or in a catalog for an approximate time frame for your order.
• Back-ordered items will be listed in Order Details and will ship Standard Delivery once they arrive in stock.
• If your item is not listed, it is no longer available and you will not be billed for it.
• We cannot change or cancel your order for in-stock or personalized items.
• Any Item that is not a special order will have a 14 day refund if box was not opened.
